What Can You Expect During Your Free Appointment?

Pregnancy or STD Testing Appointments available.

You will meet with a CompassCare Nurse, who will:

• Review the Reproductive Health Screening that you will be receiving today, including STD and pregnancy testing.
   
• For female patients only, perform a pregnancy test.  If positive,
  • Review all of your pregnancy options, including “Abortion: Procedures, Risks and Side Effects,” and
     
  • Perform an ultrasound exam to confirm pregnancy and determine how far along you are.
     
• For STD Testing patients:
  • Draw some blood and perform a physical exam to complete your STD Screening.
     
  • Report to you some STD results today and, if positive, provide you with the necessary treatment during your appointment.
     
• Review your health history.
   
• Answer your medical questions.
   
• Review your Personalized Solutions Assessmentand provide any necessary medical referrals.
